Rolespecific skillsets:

Accountingconcepts & Processing

  • Requiredto have a good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and LossAccount and Balance Sheet
  • Understandingthe key areas about the finalization of accounts and the complete cycle of R2R
  • Basicunderstanding of the direct and indirect tax applicability and compliances andrequirements of report submissions
  • Experiencein handling month end activities along with preparation of all the controlaccount schedules
  • Stronganalytical skills and should be comfortable working on excel.
  • Experienceof working on SAP, Oracle or Tally.

Working Model:Work-from-office

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:

  • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shifttiming allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicatedto you during the offer discussion.

Desiredcandidate Profile

  • A dynamic personality and a passion to constantlyimprovise technology to suit the organization's needs.
  • A B. Com/M. Com/MBA/CA/ICWA Inter degree along withprior exposure of 2 - 4 years in General Ledger processes.
  • A flair for working in a team and working hand inhand to achieve individual goals and team goals
  • The drive to bring about change and a desire toconstantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
  • An ability to understand the organization's goalsand objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, inaddition to overseeing delivery and operations
