Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and who possesses all of the following:
- 3 or more years of proven work experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Thorough understanding of accounting basics and principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
- A passion for problem-solving and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- A dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience to clients.
- Eagerness to learn, adopt, and test new technologies and changes in the field of accounting.
- CMA/CA/ACCA certification is a plus.
