Job description

Responsibility

Operational Work

• Conduct client follow-ups for receipts and provide monthly estimations for receivable.
• Maintain and consolidate resources data.
• Coordinate with the Legal team for a new Master Service Agreement (MSA)and provide necessary data.
• Ensure the thorough and accurate completion of Client audits.
• Coordinate and Service Order Work (SOW) renewal requests post-account lead confirmation.
• Prepare SOW and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain and update the list of Singapore resources for the billing department at month-end.
• Prepare Purchase Order (Po) proposals in PowerPoint and share with clients.
• Complete Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
• Follow up on renewals and provide support as requested by the lead.
• Address client queries regarding finance matters.

Accounting Work

• Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Prepare monthly receivable statements.
• Possess a basic understanding of GST and other taxation principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally and SAP.
• Understanding of Indian accounting standards.
• Skill in preparing comprehensive financial statements.
