Experience: 5.00-7.00 Years
- Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and guidelines.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for financial optimization.
- Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Liaison with Tax Authorities for resolving notices issued.
- Coordinate audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance department.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's financial acumen and skills.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives..
Experience and Qualification:
- Qualified CA.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Tally, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
