This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for US Accounting & Tax Junior and Senior Associates. The role involves day-to-day accounting and tax tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, filing taxes, and providing analysis and advice to clients. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong knowledge of US accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate and timely reports
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in US accounting or tax preparation is preferred
