Designation: Sr.FP&A Analyst Corporate Finance

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Financial Planning and Business Operations:

• Support management team and the heads of department with data driven analysis
• Monthly review and closing of PL.
• Review of balance sheet on a monthly basis to analyse the key metrics for any anomalies.
• Preparation of annual budgets and review the actual performance as against the target.
• Involved in conceptualizing and implementing business ownership pattern such that financial and tax benefits can be achieved.
• Supporting the accounts team in audit and compliances

Mergers & Acquisition and Fund raise

• Preparation of business model and valuation
• Preparation of Pitch decks
• Analysing and generating a report of key metrics of the target company
• Conducting comp analysis
• Structuring of deal for acquisition

Board /Investor/ Internal Stakeholder reporting

• Preparation of Board presentation
• Investor update presentation
• Investor reporting
• Preparing Data and reports as required by internal departments

Process Improvement

• Review existing process and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
• Working very closely with the Technology team on automation to improve efficiency
• Setting up policies and processes where required
• Supporting of business teams in various commercial contracts undertaken
• Working on various Cost control initiatives undertaken by the Company

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant- Having a minimum experience of 3- 5 years of experience i
• Preferred candidate with a strong analytical ability
