Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Currently we are hiring as Assistant Manager_ Financial Planning & Analysis.

Job Location: Bangalore

ob Title: Assistant Manager FP&APerformfinancial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

Analyse past results, performvariance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans andforecasts

Drive Month end Closing

Ability to do product costing and product analysis

Ability to analyze business proposal, product value chains.

Develop automated reporting/forecasting tools

Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, andExcel dashboards

Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts andmodels

Chartered accountant with 1-2 Years of business finance or relevant experience

ERP knowledge

Strong fluency in Excel Formulas and functions & Advanced knowledge of excel

Good Business acumen

Strong quantitative and analytical competency

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently

Pref: Work Exp in Big4.
