Finance & Accounts Manager

Are you a skilled finance professional looking to advance your career, We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to join our dynamic Finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and statutory operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Operations Management: Oversee accounting operations including payments, receipts, ledger management, reconciliations, and MIS.
• Team Guidance: Lead teams handling accounts payables, receivables, general ledger, budgeting, and fixed assets to ensure efficient operations.
• Compliance and Standards: Maintain books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory regulations.
• Audit Coordination: Fulfill requirements for internal and statutory audits, including year-end book closures, GST and Income Tax returns filing, and ROC filing.
• Variance Resolution: Analyze, reconcile, and resolve variances in incomes, expenditures, payables, and receivables.
• Cost Accounting: Ensure cost records and related accounting are accurately maintained.
• Internal Financial Controls: Establish and manage effective internal financial controls.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Resolve concerns between the operations and finance teams.
• Prudent Financial Management: Exercise prudence in all financial activities.

Required Competencies:

• Education: CA Qualified or CA Intermediate, B.Com, or M.Com.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years if CA qualified, or 5+ years if CA Intermediate, B.Com, or M.Com.
