- Prior experience in working with accounting software like SAP.

- Cross-functional coordination ability
- Invoicing: Validate the details provided by different teams and raise the invoice on time.
- Vendor bills: Validate the bills with corresponding agreements/POs and accounts with appropriate tax treatment.
- Accruals: Pass accrual entries as a part of month-end book closure.
- Daily Bank reconciliation: Account all receipts and payments daily and submit a Bank reconciliation report.
- Tax compliance: Prepare workings for GST and TDS returns.
- Audit support: Supply documents and workings required for statutory audit.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance department, focusing on automation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with other departments to ensure that the finance department effectively meets their financial reporting needs and supports strategic initiatives.
