Job Role: Finance Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: BCOM/BBM /Semi-qualified CA

Role Preference: Preferably from service industry

Work Location: Bangalore

Desired Qualifications

Technical Skills:


  • Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office especially MS-Excel
  • Prior experience in working with accounting software like SAP.

  • Cross-functional coordination ability

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Invoicing: Validate the details provided by different teams and raise the invoice on time.
  • Vendor bills: Validate the bills with corresponding agreements/POs and accounts with appropriate tax treatment.
  • Accruals: Pass accrual entries as a part of month-end book closure.
  • Daily Bank reconciliation: Account all receipts and payments daily and submit a Bank reconciliation report.
  • Tax compliance: Prepare workings for GST and TDS returns.
  • Audit support: Supply documents and workings required for statutory audit.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance department, focusing on automation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with other departments to ensure that the finance department effectively meets their financial reporting needs and supports strategic initiatives.
