The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals.

Overview & Scope Of Role

The SSC Team has now become a center of excellence for back office financial & Operations Planning support, GBU wide reporting & analysis and process standardization and further, the SSC team has been driving several operational efficiencies to the MMS business.

Reporting to the Costing Lead, the finance analyst will assume responsibility for supporting for product costing, Product profitability, monthly Cost & WIP run , standard costing and activity rates and ensuring monthly stock valuation in SAP and Reports supporting and Analysis. The analyst will take responsibility for certain reporting tasks and provide adhoc support where required.

Essential Functions:


  • Support for product costing in SAP at Multilocational operations, preferably across geographies.
  • Support to Manage cycle standard costing review processes at the factories and ensure SAP is kept up to date.
  • Support new product costing to ensure a clear understanding of profitability can be had.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of Experience in Costing functions in MNC manufacturing company along with Commerce Graduate & completion of Intermediate CMA / CA.
  • Experience of Management Accounting & financial analysis/ Dash Boards
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills.
  • Experience & good working knowledge of Controlling Module of SAP (SAP Controlling) is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

  • MS Office Excel & Dashboard Certification
