Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Finalize and ensure accuracy in all financial accounts and reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
• Establishing and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy of financial data, and prevent fraud or errors
• Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, assessing investment opportunities, and advising on risk-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls
• Drive the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth and objectives
• Provide strategic guidance to optimize financial health and performance
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee audits and ensure adherence to established financial practices and standards
• Handle taxation matters, ensuring accurate and timely filings to meet regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize financial risk
  
  

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification - CA
• 10+ years proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within the staffing or related industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation
• Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives
• Proficiency in financial software and excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
