Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant ('CA') to join our team as a Manager in the Accounting and Business Support Division. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to servicing our multinational clientele. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations, along with proficiency in various accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality accounting and business support services to multinational clients.

Oversee the finalization of accounts, ensuring compliance with Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Manage the payroll processing function using automated software, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Provide expert guidance on taxation matters, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.

Liaise with clients to understand their accounting and financial reporting requirements, providing tailored solutions and strategic advice.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends, and incorporate them into the firm's practices and client services.

Utilize technology and various accounting software/ tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, providing mentorship and training as needed.

Collaborate with other departments within the firm to optimize client service delivery and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in a professional services firm.
