FP&A Manager role is to assist in developing organisational plans, budget, forecasting and estimates and provide analysis which supports decision making process. The analysis includes comparison of actuals with various scenarios and other metrics involved in planning and forecasting processes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Report and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS/ US GAAP
  • Analyse financial results at a consolidated/ BU level
  • Engage in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and MEC activities
  • Work with multiple stakeholders for meeting Revenue/Cost/ Profit and Headcount/FTE targets
  • Prepare Management summary and regional review files with detailed commentaries.
  • P&L analysis at jurisdictional/ BU/ SL levels
  • Trend analysis for savings and opportunities
  • Support ad hoc requests from various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, tax, legal, treasury, and operations, to understand the financial impact of business transactions and ensure alignment with US GAAP guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with US GAAP requirements

Candidate Requirement:

Qualification: Qualified/Semi-qualified CA or CWA or CMA or MBA

Experience: 10+ years in FP&A or associated roles in an MNC

Other Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Sound US GAAP &IFRS knowledge
  • Good understanding of the financial statements and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience of working in Oracle Financial Enterprise environment including SmartView
