Job Title / Role: Business Controller - Premium (Business Controller - Premium_FIN - Management Accounting Group)

Required Experience: 8-10 years

Target Companies / Industry / Sector: manufacturing or automotive industry

Purpose of the role:
  • Maximize CAME by leveraging analysis on Product / Geo / Plant Mix and drive contribution improvement projects
  • Leverage the decision support system to maximize contribution & returns
  • Business Partnering with premium team to improve the profitability by identifying opportunities for reducing the cost

Role Description:
  • Maximize prices for the products with attractive quality, features, perceived value & benchmarking with competition products in the segment
  • Improve effectiveness of Marketing spends by analyzing channel wise spend vs Market share growth with regional split
  • Leverage decision support system to improve contribution and reduce expenses and wastage by analyzing the benchmarking with competition, product mix, plant and geo mix
  • Analyze and improve all the parameters of Product cost to increase the profitability
  • Actively use decision support system for cost & investment and continuously improve for its effectiveness
  • Simulate various scenarios to evaluate the outcomes of certain risk factors
  • Partnering with OOG, OFG and COFE teams to help them understand the key drivers of Cost in their respective areas and identify projects leading to Revenue / Cost improvements to increase the
  • Profitability (EBITDA Projects)
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support inventory management, pricing strategies, and supply chain optimization";
  • Digitize or automate recurring MIS Reports including CAME dashboard to help OOG on improving visibility on live profitability.
