CFS is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leadership team of one of our top investment firm clients. The successful candidate will be a strategic financial leader with a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and overall financial management.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
  • Spearhead financial strategies aligned with the firm's objectives, driving sustainable growth.
  • Lead and navigate complex Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes with precision and strategic foresight.
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, conducting thorough financial modeling and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with legal and executive teams to ensure smooth and successful deal execution.
  • Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Champion risk management initiatives, fortifying the firm against potential challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA required.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
  • Experience with Sage Intact.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
