Key Responsibilities for the Finance Director:
- Supervise and manage all accounting sections, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, General Cashier, and Payroll.
- Provide leadership to your team, offering recognition and coaching when needed to foster a culture of excellence.
- Act as a liaison between the ownership and the Hotel team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure timely billing, accurate invoices, and efficient resolution of guest disputes and inquiries.
