Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize both digital and physical financial records.
  • Assess business transactions, generating accurate reports and analyses.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure precision in financial records, expenses, and savings.
  • Organize and file all federal, state, and local income tax documents.
  • Contribute to the development of budgeting procedures.
  • Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Actively participate in the development and enhancement of effective accounting policies and processes.
  • Stay informed and keep the company up-to-date on industry changes and regulatory updates.
  • Respond to tax and accounting-related issues.
  • Organize and maintain expense reports.
  • Run payroll processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a public accountant.
  • CPA / CPA Candidate - Plan to complete CPA exams in order to be promoted
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of QuickBooks and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
