Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Assistant Controller to join our team in the Finance industry. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the strategic growth of our company. As a Consulting Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our clients, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, and providing financial insights to guide decision making. You will work closely with senior management and clients to deliver high-quality, value-added financial solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial operations of our clients, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and present month-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the consolidation and reporting process, ensuring that financial information is accurately and timely reported.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients and senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations to guide decision making.
  • Manage financial systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring that they are effectively utilized to support financial operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required. CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with a focus on financial operations, reporting, and consolidations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including GAAP.
  • Experience with financial systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to guide decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
