Responsibilities of the VP of Finance include but are not limited to:
  • High-level review and approval of monthly reporting packages
  • Review the calculation of the developers carried interest and reconcile to independent calculation.
  • Develop procedures and models to allocate project costs
  • Review contracts and determine revenue recognition methodologies
  • Manage a team of direct reports and indirect reports

VP of Finance requirements:
  • BS degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Real Estate experience required
  • Very strong excel skills
