Senior Accountant Position Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you'll be at the forefront of our ERP implementation, ensuring seamless financial operations as we scale for growth
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from AIA billings to payroll management

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage AIA billings, payment entries, and reconciliations.
- Oversee subcontractor invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts.
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end close activities.
- Handle payroll for 130+ employees, leveraging Spectrum Viewpoint software.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Participate in year-end audits, budgeting, forecasting, and tax projections.
- Mentor and support the professional development of staff accountants.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years full-cycle accounting experience.
- CMA or CPA certification or formal education is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of accounting software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in construction accounting is a plus.
