Key Responsibilities

- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation, management, and monitoring of the annual budget.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization's assets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Grant Management: Oversee the financial aspects of grant applications and reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
