Overview of the Controller role:
  • Oversee all accounting activities and monitor daily cash flow
  • Perform month-end closing, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare budgets, budget analysis, and margin analysis
  • Prepare consolidated financials, financial statements, and financial strategies
  • Process payroll for 50 employees weekly


Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:
  • Minimum five years of senior-level accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and supervisory experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to see the big picture while also maintaining a keen eye for detail
