Associate Manager- Finance

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of the monthly MBR customer scorecards across BU's
Lead the develop of end - to - end dashboards on reporting customer profitability.
Monitor total cost to serve by customer & brand packsize and highlight deviations vs plan/forecast
Lead AOP planning, Selling cost analysis - by category, managing incremental investment asks
Manage weekly customer LE - working with multiple stakeholders
Manage OPR, AFH & Pharmacy monthly reports
Monitor returns & stales closely with customer team
Provide accurate financial figures to guide business decisions
Business partner to identify opportunities across Topline (Volume - Net revenue) & Selling
Proactively identify required fit for purpose analysis to support commercial teams requirements
Finance support to Account Finance managers
Continuous improvement and evolution of tools and systems
Ad hoc support on commercial projects, PGT & AOP process

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in finance and planning
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CMA/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, HFM, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of business processes
Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes
Experience in working with GBS (Preferred FMCG sector) will be an added advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
