Financial Analyst 2

We are hiring Finance Analyst2 for our client a multi-disciplinary professional services firm offering a range of services to clients across industries and geographies in the areas of Business Consulting, Tax and Regulatory Consulting and compliance and Business Support Services.

Shift: 10.30 AM - 8.00 PM

Location: Bannerghatta Main Rd, Dollars Colony, Phase 4, J. P. Nagar, Bangalore - 560 076

We are looking for candidates from the Payment process and not from AP or R2R

Responsibilities

Tracking of all Corporate Finance ("CF") facilities for the client and reporting CF facilities expiring in the quarter (rolling basis).

Effective coordination and management of all CF-related payments such as:

- Commission payments for CF facilities.

- Revolver payments

- Sukuk* Payments

- Any other CF facilities recurring payments (such as EBL)

*Sukuks are financial products whose terms and structures comply with sharia, with the intention of creating returns similar to those of conventional fixed-income instruments like bonds.

Securing VAT invoices against CF commission payments to Banks on a timely basis and coordinating with the payment team for related matters.

Assisting the CF team in recording details of CF facilities on any designated system.

Managing roll-over of CF facilities (corporate revolver facilities, Sukuk, EBL etc)

Coordinating with CF banks to obtain balance confirmation every quarter for the auditor.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce and MBA (Finance) or CA / CWA / CMA (IPCC/Inter/PE-II)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Payment Process.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
• Problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented.
• The role will require the candidate to work closely with people from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
