Job Title Operation Accounts Head General Manager GM Deputy General Manager DGM Company Gravita India Ltd is an Indiabased multinational company which stands as a global frontrunner in the recycling industry established in 1992 Committed to fostering sustainability and advocating the circular economy our core focus lies in waste minimization and optimal resource utilization Specializing in the recycling of secondary Lead metal Aluminum Alloys Plastic and Rubber we are pioneers in implementing advanced recycling solutions and technologies Gravita is a publicly listed company on Indias esteemed BSE and NSE stock exchanges boasting a market capitalization of 6900 crores and having the status of being amongst the top 500 companies in India at NSE BSE Our ethos centres around environmental responsibility propelling positive impacts on both local and global scales Through our commitment we consistently create technologydriven job opportunities nurturing economic growth not only in India but also at overseas Since our expansion in 2000 we proudly serve more than 70 countries spanning Europe America Asia and Africa Gravita operates manufacturing facilities worldwide spanning seven countries Ghana Tanzania Senegal Togo Mozambique Sri Lanka and India Domestically the company has established manufacturing setups in four states namely Rajasthan Andhra Pradesh Gujarat and Jammu and Kashmir More about Gravita can be explored at http www gravitaindia com Base Location Corporate Office Jaipur Reporting to CFO Management Key Responsibilities Shall be responsible for 1 Financial Management and Control Oversee the financial operations including budgeting forecasting and expense management across the globe Preparation of a trial balance a Profit and Loss P L statement and a balance sheet Monitor and manage operational costs ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints Consolidation of Accounts of each locations 2 Budgeting and Forecasting Develop monthly quarterly annual budgets and forecasts for operational activities related to accounts and aligning them with organizational goals Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts identifying trends and potential deviations Adjust budgets and forecasts as needed providing explanations for variances 3 Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with accounting standards internal controls and applicable regulations for all locations Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud or misappropriation 4 Financial Reporting and Analysis Prepare and present financial reports to management highlighting key metrics and trends Conduct financial analysis to support plant performance reviews and operational improvements Identify and communicate opportunities for cost savings and process optimization 5 Team Leadership and Development Lead and manage a team of plant accountants and financial analysts Provide training mentorship and performance evaluations for team members Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment 6 Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters related to the plant Communicate with corporate finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment of financial data and reporting Work with plant leadership to support business development and strategic planning initiatives Qualification o Chartered Accountant CA Experience o 1820 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment out of which 5 years of experience working in a leadership role o Basic knowledge of Corporate Laws and accounting standards i e IFRS INDAS o Knowledge of SAP is mandatory o Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation o Open for frequent traveling to multiple locations India as well as Overseas Additional Skills o Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders o Excellent manmanagement skills o Excellent communication interpersonal and teamdevelopment skills o Must be capable of leading a team and driving continuous improvement in financial processes Age Group o 38 45 years
