As Finance Professional in our Central P&A , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job Responsibilities
- Delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision making
- Creating executive-level presentations that summarize results at various levels of the organization, including each line of business and consolidated CCB-level
- Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
- Driving improvements & design processes across LOBs
- Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management
- Managing and prioritizing the requests and deadlines within the P&A calendar
- Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelors in Engineering or finance or economics and/or CA / CFA / MBA from top Tier institute is required
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in any of Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Stress testing
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Essbase
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers
- Highly motivated self-starter, keen attention to detail, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Business Intelligence and working knowledge of alteryx and programming preferred
