Financial Manager - IND

Position Summary:

As a Financial Manager you will play a critical role as a Commercial and Business Finance Leader on site to partnering with business team especially financial manage the overall market performance, set right Business model, value sharing principle , and control process for investment and operation, one of the fastest growth market of Asia.

This is a critical financial leadership role will be responsible for all aspects of the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes of markets. This will include building necessary models and implementing processes driving consistency and efficiency along with timely and accurate deliverables.

Essential Job Functions:

• Business Performance management: FP&A on Actual Variance analysis , Fcst and Planning for MEC and system financials, and COGS, Profitability analysis of our different brands and business models
• Resource/ investment management: understanding system and MEC investment in market, making sufficient analysis and recommendation on driving continuous productivity and supporting to Growth. This will include pricing, financial modeling/analytics, customer profitability, business expansion strategies and building business cases.
• Provide End to end Commercial and Operation Financial analysis and advisory. Including MEC and system financial performance analysis, Provide financial implication analysis on different Production, RTM and RGM strategies , Financial Value sharing model propose and analysis.
• Value protection and operation risk management : Establish and Improve the local operation process to make sure right control and management of our business operation. Close Work with different internal and external functions ( like Accounting, Tax, Regional Finance) to manage the overall operational and financial risk in Developing market.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5 years or more Management experience on End to end FMCG financial analysis and commercial finance leader role
• Master on Microsoft office : Excel , Power Point , Power BI or other BI tools ( preferred) , SAP experience ( preferred)
• CIMA, ACCA or CPA preferred
• Knowledge and experience on Tax regulation
