We’re hiring Industrial Trainees (Finance Analyst Interns) across multiple teams in the Amazon India organization. The selected candidate(s) will get an opportunity to work closely with Accounting and FP&A teams to deliver best in class financial reporting and data analysis to facilitate decision making across various business lines.
Key job responsibilities
• Learn and gain knowledge of work driver-based capacity planning and forecasting processes for Corp AP.
• Collaborate with FinAuto team to ensure monthly driver data loads are timely and accurate.
• Coordinate with Anaplan WCP build team and perform monthly forecast rollover process for existing capacity process model for Corp AP.
• Identifying and communicate issues in data pipeline if any to FinOps WCP team to ensure capacity planning data accuracy and control are met.
• Understand Amazon’s Finance Operations systems and processes for their scope of work, to ensure accuracy of assumptions used in capacity models.
• Prepare and compile business Analytics dashboard / monthly review reporting papers, highlighting trends and key metrics like Volumes, AHT’s, HC requirements, Productivity and CPT.
• Drive Monthly reviews and action items from the same.
