Job Title: Associates Corporate Accounting Services
Salary Range Upto INR 360,000 PA (including all i.e. PF as well)
Working Days Monday to Friday
Shift 9 to 6 (out of this 30mins would be lunch break)
Location Andheri East, Mumbai. We might shift to Nariman Point. Kindly keep these two locations as open while applying.

Job Summary:
This position requires the employee to ensure smooth implementation of operations relating to
various services falling within the offices scope. Such operations include but are not limited to
ensuring clients bookkeeping is managed in a thorough and efficient manner, making tax filings,
reporting to clients in a timely manner, and handling miscellaneous accounting and administrative
projects. The incumbent should possess adequate ability to communicate with clients, and be able
to resolve problems and requests raised by clients during daily work.
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
Provide FIEs with various accounting-related services including but not limited to:
Ensure compliance with the applicable India laws, regulations, codes and rules of
accounting
Ensure bookkeeping, accounting and reporting is made in accordance with
applicable accounting regulations
Maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other
documents of the clients
Assist the customers to improve internal capital / fund management, and provide
proper consultancy related to the financial management of the clients
Regularly analyse and check of accounting data, identifying and settling problems
in a timely and accurate manner
Provide services and advisory relating to taxation
Prepare and submit tax returns on a timely basis on behalf of the clients
Be responsible for communication with various government authorities and other
related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office, banks and
CPA firms
Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to ad-hoc projects for
clients
Chase up clients for outstanding receivables in an efficient manner
General management of the office and various administrative tasks
Job Requirements
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication ability
Good customer service attitude and skills
Excellent understanding of accounting and tax issues relevant to India
Can independently prepare accounting vouchers, ledgers and financial
statements in English in a timely, accurate & efficient manner for multiple clients
Fluent spoken and written English skills
Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
Reliable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as
a good team player
Practical working experience in Tally, MYOB and XERO accounting softwares is desirable
Educational Background
Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or taxation
Possession of certification as a mid-level professional accountant
Working Relations
Maintain good relations across departments to resolve client problems
Effectively communicate with both internal colleagues and external clients
Develop communication and working relationship with Supervisor
