Responsibilities

Senior Controller has tohandle a big mega/complex clients independently

Senior Controller has to own the process completely

Senior Controller will to bethe single point of contact with assigned Team Leads

Involve in account from transition phase

o Get to understand Clientsbusiness

o On existing process

Reporting requirements

Critical thinking and toquestion on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry

To assess manpower requirement and involve in hiringprocess To act as theprimary liaison for delivery with transition &implementation

To identify areas for processimprovements and to implement bestpractices that is being followed

Problem solving abilities

Should identify gaps in theprocess and implement requisite control mechanism

Identify knowledge gaps andwork on training needs of his team o Explore automation opportunities

Senior Controller has to have strong analytical and

organizationalskills

Senior Controller must be result-oriented, have apassion forchange implementation

Project management

External Skills And Expertise

Working experience in ERPs

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment Expert knowledge of GAAP and US GAAP ( preferable) Strong Analytical abilities

Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)

Expertise Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Experience in working with NetSuite is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills across towers

Excellent Team management skills

Prior Client handling experience

KPO relevant experience ( Value add)

Experience:

12+ years of experiences in F&A, OR,

6+ yrs of Experience post CA qualification

Any BCom/MCom/CA/CWA/ICWA
