  • Responsible for the oversight of the Group Intercompany Profit Elimination processes
  • Covering all related activities, including managing the period end AAR processes
  • Contributing to team objectives, plans projects
  • Day to day oversight of outsourced BPO team (Genpact)
  • Being an ambassador for Global Finance Services (GFS) and TPF
  • Managing stakeholders, dealing with escalations and gathering feedback
  • Supporting regular communication with global teams to cascade process / system information
  • Continuously identifying driving improvements in end-to-end processes, ensuring sustainability suitability for an FMCG company
  • Having a strong compliance mindset, ensuring adherence to Sox controls, GxP etc
  • Ensuring audit queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Finance Reporting Principal with ad-hoc requests, activities projects
Requirements/Qualifications Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree
  • MBA or Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
Basic Requirements
  • At least 6 years of financial management experience
  • Experience working with global / corporate level financial reporting in a large global organization
  • Experience of enterprise level financial processes and / or systems
  • Experience of working in a controls / Sarbanes Oxley environment
  • In depth knowledge of SAP
  • Solid analytical Skills
  • Ability to identify resolve problems
  • Self-motivated and display of initiative in solving problems
  • Disciplined, robust organisation skills, ability to plan manage workload
  • Actively seek to improve process making them more effective efficient
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams and reconcile cultural differences
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with influence stakeholders internally and externally
Preferred Requirements
  • Supply Chain and / or FMCG industry experience
  • Experience of working with outsourced BPO providers
