As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager of Finance & Accounts to join our leadership team. This role will play a crucial part in steering our financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the overall financial health of the company.

Role & responsibilities

  • Perform Vendor reconciliation
  • Maintain the general ledger
  • Debtors & Creditors management.
  • Preparation of various types of MIS reports
  • Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT and outward remittances.
  • Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation for all Ledger Accounts
  • Helping to the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.
  • Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
  • Downloading of bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
  • Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products & Contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software


Preferred candidate profile

  • Master' degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the real estate or proptech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
