  • Weare seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Corporate Funding team.
  • Theideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in financial roles, with astrong background in corporate funding and capital raising activities.
  • Thisrole will involve managing all aspects of corporate funding transactions, frominitial assessment to execution, and providing strategic advice to clients tooptimize their funding strategies.
KeyResponsibilities: FundingStrategy Development:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their funding needs anddevelop tailored funding strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Analyze various funding options, including debt, equity, mezzaninefinancing, and structured products, to determine the most suitable approach foreach client.
  • DealStructuring and Negotiation:
Structure funding transactions to optimize terms and conditions,balancing the interests of the client with the requirements of investors orlenders.
Negotiate financing agreements, including term sheets, loanagreements, and equity investment agreements, to ensure favorable outcomes forclients.
Investor/LenderRelationship Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors,lenders, and financial institutions to source funding opportunities forclients.
Manage ongoing relationships with investors/lenders, providingregular updates and addressing inquiries or concerns as needed.
DueDiligence and Compliance: Conduct thorough due diligence on clients and potential fundingsources to assess creditworthiness, legal compliance, and risk factors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards,and internal policies throughout the funding process.
Qualifications: Masterss degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant or CharteredFinancial Analyst.
4-5 years of experience in financial roles, with a focus oncorporate funding and capital raising activities.
Strong understanding of funding markets, including debt, equity, andstructured financing products.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multipleprojects and stakeholders simultaneously.
