Job Description

Own, Build, and Manage Technology Solution:
  • Take effective ownership of the technology solution for the finance function.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives throughout its lifecycle.

Collaborate and Define Roadmap:
  • Interact with SMEs and Finance Heads to understand business requirements.
  • Collaborate in defining the roadmap for technology implementation.

Initiate Digital Transformation:
  • Design and initiate projects for digital transformation and IT.
  • Disrupt, transform, or simplify business processes.

Change Management and Impact Assessment:
  • Assess the impact of changes on the ecosystem.
  • Implement change management interventions during project implementation.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
  • Seek business feedback on IT enablement.
  • Initiate improvements to systems, applications, and policies.

Drive Business Process Excellence:
  • Drive continuous simplification and improvement of business processes.
  • Ensure realization of benefits from implemented projects.

Proactive Planning and Stakeholder Management:
  • Proactively plan for resources and manage change.
  • Set and course-correct stakeholder expectations.

Global Collaboration and Operational Efficiency:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners globally.
  • Leverage digital and technological advances for operational efficiencies.

Identify Process and Technology Improvements:
  • Identify areas for process and technology improvements.
  • Ensure compliance processes for system validations.

Audit and Communication Bridge:
  • Design initiatives for auditable daily activities.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the solution team.

Supervise Implementation and Closure:
  • Supervise the implementation of initiatives.
  • Ensure quick closure of non-conformities raised during audits.

  • Drive the development of solutions to positively impact project goals.

The Successful Applicant

Finance Domain Expertise:
  • Proficient in O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, Product Costing, Budgeting, Planning, Reporting, and Working Capital Management.

Cross-Functional Exposure:
  • Exposure to sales & marketing, supply chain, procurement, and master data management.

Digital Technologies Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with SAP S4, SAP BPC, Tableau, GCP, and RPA.

End-to-End Digital Transformation:
  • Experience in end-to-end program management for digital transformation.

Technology Understanding and Hands-On Delivery:
  • Understanding of technology with hands-on experience in designing and delivering digital solutions.

Business-Focused and Customer-Minded:
  • Business-focused with a customer-service mindset.
  • Confident in advising, developing, and articulating solutions.

Result-Oriented Work Ethic:

  • Post Graduation in Finance preferable degree CA / MBA (Finance) from Tier 1/2 institute
  • 10-15 years overall experience
