Your Role in Our Journey

As a Finance Operations Associate, you'll join an elite team dedicated to delivering top-tier bookkeeping services to a diverse portfolio of global clients. But here's the twist: bookkeeping at Finanshels is anything but traditional. We leverage technology to strip away the monotony, freeing you to concentrate on what really mattersâcustomer engagement, quality assurance, and innovative thinking to enhance our tools and streamline our processes.

What Youâll do:

  • Maintain and manage all financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial reports in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes
  • Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliation of accounts
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel regarding accounting inquiries and issues
  • Participate in financial audits and execute necessary recommendations for improving processes


Who You Are

  • You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with accounting software like Xero, Quickbooks, or Zoho to the table
  • Your written communication and interpersonal skills are second to none
  • You possess an exceptional eye for detail
  • You thrive on making processes more efficient and solving complex issues
  • Customer-Centric: You take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience

Qualified: Holding a CMA, CA, or ACCA certification is a definite plus.
