**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead/Assistant Manager in Financial Audit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors, ensuring accurate and efficient financial audits, and providing valuable insights to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


1. **Team Leadership:** Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and adherence to audit standards.

2. **Financial Auditing:** Conduct thorough and accurate financial audits in accordance with established auditing standards and procedures.

3. **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing timely and insightful recommendations to enhance their financial processes.

4. **Risk Assessment:** Identify potential risks and control weaknesses during the audit process and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

5. **Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to be taken by the client.

6. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the audit process.

7. **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve audit processes and deliverables.


1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

2. Minimum of X years of experience in financial auditing, with demonstrated expertise in leading audit engagements.

3. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial principles, and regulatory requirements.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and engagements.
