We are looking to hire a Manager/ Assistant Manager for our financial reporting team.

About the Role -
  • CA or equivalent with minimum 4 - 7 years of experience.
  • GAAP knowledge - IFRS or US GAAP (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of staffing businesses in the US, UK and other global geographies.
  • Big 4 experience in Statutory Audits or Accounting advisory (preferred).
  • Preparation and review of MIS for group companies.
  • Preparation and review of financial statements for group companies.
  • Ability to prepare Consolidation at various group holding levels.
  • Willingness to work in a team and manage junior team members.
  • Preparation and submission of US tax returns - (Ability to adapt and learn to this skillset if not already)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong financial planning and analytical review skills.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Good communication and strong inter personable skills.
  • Ability to learn continuously including ongoing changes in financial reporting.
  • Should be able to join imminently (less than a month).
  • Willingness to work flexibly (1 pm to 10 pm - usual hours) from 5 days in the office.
  • Location - Bangalore.
