The individual will be working for General Ledger (Finance Team) which is a part of the Finance Shared Service on a broader level. This role will be reporting to SSC Manager - Finance and will be part of existing GL Team. The role will be placed in Pune HQ. The General ledger (Finance) Team is responsible for Month end closing and audit activities to be completed within given timelines.


  • Prepare full-fledged financial Statements as per IND AS including relevant notes and schedules.
  • Co-ordinate with auditors for Statutory/Internal/Group /Tax Audits.
  • Ensure the monthly closure of books and its subsequent reporting into Hyperion tool as per the Group timelines.
  • Working knowledge of Controlling activities like Actual values, Forecast, Budget & Variance analysis.
  • Ensure the books of accounts are as per the relevant accounting standards and Company core policies.
  • Liaise with the internal teams controlling, AP, AR and Tax for accounting, reporting and audit purpose
  • Support the team in planned accounting projects


  • CA, 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Accounting and Financial Reporting skills with working knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS
  • Expertise on MS Office tools - Excel, word and power point, SAP and Hyperion experience would be an added advantage.
  • Experience of working in Shared Service Centre / Manufacturing Sector to be an added advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with HQ, Business, SSC and Audit Teams
  • Self -starter with a proactive attitude towards learning & deliverables.
