Your Responsibilities As a Vice President (VP) - Finance

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to join our team as Vice President (VP).

The successful candidate will have extensive experience, spanning over 14 years , and will oversee key functions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (APAR), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Additionally, the VP will be responsible for managing a global delivery team of professionals & Stakeholders, engaged a high-performing FP&A team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving excellence in financial operations.

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive analysis of financial performance and trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance decisionmaking and resource allocation.
  • Oversee all aspects of GL accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize GL processes and controls.
  • Manage AP/AR functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Implement best practices and automation initiatives to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of delivering financial services and solutions within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Set clear objectives and performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for financerelated matters.
  • Ability to understand client requirements, provide timely updates, and ensure delivery of highquality financial services.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You will fit right in if you have -

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required, MBA or CA
  • Minimum of 14 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with demonstrated expertise in GL, APAR, and FP&A functions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
