Clinicas watches each patient's vitals and alerts our licensed team when a patient's program progress or vitals are varying. Our team will then quickly contact the patient to discuss the change. If needed, we will schedule a physician's appointment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA/CPA certification or equivalent Mandatory
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage the end point management of accounts receivable and end to end management of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. This includes implementing effective strategies to minimize overdue balances and liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve any payment issues. Your role will also encompass handling all government filings, including foreign entity registrations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for our US operations.
  • In preparing monthly MIS reports, you will ensure that comprehensive and accurate financial information is disseminated in a timely manner. You will oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring that all accounts are reconciled, and necessary journal entries are prepared for accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will prepare flash reports to provide quick snapshots of the company's financial status.
  • As part of your role, you will identify opportunities to streamline and improve our accounting processes. Implementing innovative solutions will be key to enhancing efficiency and accuracy within the department. You will also play a crucial part in setting up accounting processes for our growing company, engaging in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of industry trends.
  • You should have a strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and general ledger accounting. Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, will be crucial for success in this role.
