  • Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance financial and operational internal controls process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure overall governance and financial control for site
  • Strong Balance sheet governance and risk base approach to avoid any exposure
  • Ensure banking and regulatory compliance (Direct tax/withholding tax compliance/ Banking compliance i.e. EDPMS IDMPS GR waiver etc.)
  • Ensure Statutory Audit Tax Audit and TP Audit completion. Discussion with Audit team and corporate team for smooth closure of Audit.
  • Manage Inter division tax settlement process.
  • Closely work with corporate team and HQ team for reporting and adhoc requirement
  • Liaise-up with COE Function for capex spend and review the capex template.
  • Ensure Internal controls governance and take corrective action for improvement.
  • Handle Month end close process review the month end results and ensure reporting requirement as per HQ requirement.
  • Work with Genpact team to drive operational KPIs problem solving month end accounting and reporting etc.
  • Closure of all USGAAP and IGAAP reporting as per applicable accounting standard
  • Liaise-up with ERP team for enhancement and reports.
  • Drive automation process improvement and productivity
Required Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Well verse of accounting standard and tax laws
  • Controllership governance Accounting and Audit
