  • As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting financial planning and operational analysis reporting for Technology and Software Development leaders, including annual budget, quarterly forecasting and multi-year business plans
  • Candidate must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidence, problem solving, ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects

  • Understand business drivers and perform scenario analysis to determine the most advantageous financial and operational tactics.
  • Conduct or participate in various projects which impact business and operational objectives.
  • Analyze data to determine trends, and build models to facilitate forecasting of financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine business drivers, identify KPIs and help build early indicators for tracking performance.
You will
  • Lead the development of annual budget, quarterly forecasts and multi-year business plans, pertaining to all aspects of the units software development, technology operations and India based operations
  • Prepare, review and maintain monthly and quarterly financial projections and ensure consistency in forecasting processes
  • Partner with India business operations team to prepare and interpret financial reports and forecasts for our India based operations
  • Prepare and present various internal financial reports/analysis to Development Leadership and Global Technology team
  • Track, analyze and report on key metrics for IT projects
  • Perform financial modeling and evaluation of strategic financial/operational initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for driving efficiencies and accuracy of processes
  • Partner with key operational leaders within WK and becoming subject matter expert for corporate allocations and technology operations
  • Ensure that Pune unit meets all regulatory requirements of Central government and institutions like RBI and STPI
  • Liaison with external agencies like auditors and WK internal finance function.
  • Evaluate and assess vendors for various services required at GIC like GST refund, GST filing etc
  • Oversee SLAs for payments to vendors and employees
  • Support financial audit requirements (internal/compliance)
  • Work with the external accounting vendor and ensure all accounting operations are correctly done in timely manner
  • Raise risks with the unit head for possible non-compliance, and plan preventive/mitigating actions
  • Work with unit head, operations manager, administration manager for routine accounting operations and ensure timely completion
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of related finance experience with emphasis in FP&A or corporate finance
  • bachelors Degree in finance, Accounting or related degree.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Access and financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technology or Software industry experience highly preferred
  • masters Degree in Finance or related masters degree or professional qualification as a Chartered accountant.
