Position: Senior Finance Manager- GSC

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth:


  • Partner with GSC Head for implementation of business strategies to align with overall goals of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain the GSC financial planning models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly, half-year and year-end reports
  • Develop reports and monitor KPIs for GSC performance
  • Develop monthly Profit center report and monitor monthly deviations in COGS and SG&A and suggest, corrective actions.
  • Develop specific reports and monitor monthly Actual vs forecast, variance and other financial information using the actual ERP data
  • Responsible for the development of quarterly and monthly forecasts for GSC and improve accuracy overtime.
  • Partner with GSC Head in developing and managing hourly rates for each function and monitor actual costs comparing with forecast.
  • Develop and document business processes to strengthen internal controls
  • Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting & implement risk management strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and and efficiencies in financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Support BCIN Finance Manager in closing financial reporting to the group timely and in line with our Group Accounting Manual.
  • Work with BCIN in income tax related issues associated with GSC activities.
  • General Management topics:
  • Preparation and filing of internal and external documents and reporting.
  • Communication with external and internal parties like other BCX and vendors as per business needs.

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

  • A master's degree or similar in Finance/ Accounting is preferred.
  • MBA in Finance / Strategy or a plus
  • Chartered Accountant certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years' experience in finance department.
  • Fluent in English
