Job description and responsibilities:
  • Use a data driven, analytics approach, to provide internal and external business insights on market, competitor and growth trends.
  • Provide analytics and insights in support of Executive reviews.
  • Standardize and automate] financial forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reporting including variance and financial analysis
  • Support the Finance team in streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Utilize BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Ad Hoc analysis of financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

Experience Required: ( Techno functional role: mix of finance+ automation ability; FP & A; Reporting & Automation)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in Financial Analytics / Business Intelligence environment
  • Transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation / process improvement opportunities.
  • Versed in FP&A best practices, able to bring quality ideas and approaches to improve current processes

Experience Desired:
  • Knowledge of, experience in working with SAP, SalesForce, Workday, PowerBi, Vistex,
  • Lean / Sig Sigma / Process Improvement
  • Experience in RPA Development within Microsoft Power Apps

Education and Training Required:
  • CA/ MBA Finance or Advanced degree

Primary Skills:
  • Strong Quantitative skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools.
  • Microsoft 365, strong excel and power point skills and multi-dimensional databases a plus.
  • Time management, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to improve processes and increase their capability and capacity.
  • Ability to clearly articulate performance and process issues, or analysis in a well thought out, logical and holistic manner supported by facts, data and relevant analytics.
