  • Responsible for performing the day- to-day general ledger accounting, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
  • Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close for assigned functional areas.
  • Prepare foreign currency transactions analysis and its impact on financial results.
  • Review, track, and analyze invoices and manage procurements according to the standard of the organization.
  • Responsible to collaborate with the senior management team or the CFO on achieving company s long-term financial planning objective.
Experience and Skills Minimum
  • Expert knowledge and strong experience as an accounting professional
  • Exposure to Foreign Accounting is a must
  • Hand-on in Billing and Export Accounting.
  • Preparation of MIS reports
  • Function independently in many accounting and taxation functionality of the company
  • Zeal and ability to quickly learn and acquire skills in new technology areas (strong desire to operate outside her/his comfort zone)
  • Expected to deliver financial reports
  • Exposure to Zoho, QuickBooks and ERP systems.
  • Ability to independently handle all activities involved in meeting the statutory obligations of the company.
  • Provides guidance and helps other analysts.
  • Monitor the work done by her/his team members, mentors them reach the next level, and is accountable for team deliverables.
  • Expert Knowledge of the country s laws, rules and regulations in the area of corporate accounting and finance, generating financial reports from corporate financial data.
  • Knowledge of leading financial accounting packages, Microsoft Excel, other MS Office products.
  • Communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to implement principles and techniques of business management and administration.
  • High levels of honesty, integrity, sense of urgency, value for time and money, holds self to very high personal standards.
  • Always willing to help others and solve their problems Is frugal and effective in handling company funds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize work and act with a sense of urgency, being empathetic towards others and flexible to their needs.
  • Know who their customers are and have the ability to think like a customer, both internal and external (see not their own, but the user s perspective).
  • Brave in doing the right thing the right way, as opposed to just sticking to the right way, following orders, or following processes at all costs.
  • Ability to quickly identify challenges and bubble them up all the way to the top management (if an when necessary) and provides solutions as opposed to problems.

Preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in in Account and Finance Domain
Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidate should have CA Inter.
  • Should be strong in Written/communication skills with some understanding about the market, the current trend, computer background (preferred)
  • Interested to make their career in Finance Domain.
