Job Summary:

As the Manager / Assistant Manager - Accounts, you will be a vital member of our finance team, contributing to the accounting and financial operations of our conglomerate. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and prior leadership experience in the manufacturing industry. Your primary role will be to support the finance operations, assist in setting up financial systems and processes, and collaborate in the startup mode as we expand our conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Support: Support and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Review and lead the outputs of outsourced partner teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure financial reporting compliance and best practices.
  • System Implementation: Contribute to the establishment and improvement of financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and transparency.
  • Startup Mode: Embrace the startup environment, actively participating in the setup of accounting operations and adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Compliance Assistance: Support the finance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in providing financial analysis and reporting to senior management, aiding in informed decision-making.
  • Budget Support: Collaborate on the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial plans.

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with about 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • Previous experience in Financial accounts within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a flexible approach.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving financial goals.
