Chief Accounting Officer (Altera)

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) for a global semiconductor technology company in San Jose, CA. This role will work closely with Executive Leadership to build out and scale the accounting function in preparation for an IPO. The position will oversee all aspects of business process and systems architecture, and will lead all accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance. This is a new role that will make significant contributions to the direction and success of the organization. This role is in the office at least 4 days per week.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent), CPA preferred


• 15+ years experience with a mix of public and global corporate environments


• Strong leadership skills in a global environment, ideally leading an organization through an IPO


• Deep Technical Revenue and Operations experience


• Strong experience with system upgrades/implementations

Salary $300-350k.
