Manager Finance (Supply Chain)

Core Job Responsibilities

• Maintain Cost records and adherence to Cost Record and rules
• Support for Standard cost calculations during the Plan cycle for LL's and TPM's
• Ensuring of proper Standard cost maintenance in material masters during the year and its extension to HUBs and CFAs.
• Yearly yield and BOM corrections in SAP for LL in co-ordination with External Manufacturing Team.
• Support for Timely completion of Cost Audits, along with all the divisions covered under Cost Audit.
• Exercising controls on inventory write off at various LLs and TPMs through mechanism of early flashing of near expiry and slow-moving stock.
• Updating details required for creation of material codes in SAP from Costing/Accounting perspective
• New product cost release in LL and its extension along with Baddi products to HUBs and CFAs.
• Updating Compete savings project report for each month.
• Monthly MIS which includes PPV tracker, inventory provisions and re-class entries etc.
• Handling of internal/statutory Audit on inventory part.
• Assisting to internal team for improving operational and financial performance and participating in monthly performance reviews.
• Play a key role in compliance related to GST input credit
• Work with procurement team to monitor payment terms with third party vendors
• Compliance related assignments

Education & Experience:

CA/ICWA with 8-10 years of experience. Experience in Pharma/FMCG Companies with expert knowledge of FI & CO module of SAP & MS Office platform.
