As a Senior Financial Analyst, your role will primarily involve leveraging your expertise as a Chartered Accountant and your experience in using the BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) & SAC tool for financial planning and reporting purposes. You will be responsible for supporting the BPA in financial planning and reporting purposes and enabling decision-making process within the organization. As a Techno-Functional professional, your role will involve bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of a project or system for BPC & SAC. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain technology solutions. Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of BPC &SAC solutions.

About the Role

Key Requirements:
  • Financial Analysis Skills: In-depth understanding of financial analysis techniques, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ability to extract insights from complex financial data and communicate them effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to connect financial analysis to broader business objectives. Understand key drivers of financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex financial calculations accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies or tools for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining project scope, and prioritizing features for local BPC implementations.

Essential Requirements:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Desirable Requirements:
  • Chartered accountant with 2+ years of experience in Finance Domain
  • Strong understanding of BPC concepts, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
  • Experience with SAP SAC/BPC or similar enterprise planning and consolidation tools is highly desirable.
