The team you will be a part of:
The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.
This role in summary:
Managing i.e. Budgeting & Forecasting, Control & Compliance, Closing & Reporting, Cost Reduction Initiatives, Investment Evaluation for Freight & Warehousing Cost
Your responsibilities will include:
- Annual budgeting of Freight, Warehouse and other related cost
- Monthly forecasting of Freight, Warehouse and other related cost
- Monthly Closing and Reporting: Provisioning, Inventory Loading, Unit Costing
- Monthly Variance Analysis of cost: vs Budget and Last Year
- Driving control & compliances: SOX Controls, NDC, Vendor Reconciliations
- Driving cost reduction initiatives along with F&W team
- Work as a bridge between SSC and F&W Business team to ensure smooth invoice processing
- Driving resolution of open items in GSTR Reconciliations
- Evaluation of investment proposals
- Preparing the monthly review decks and present to leadership
- Design & implement effective control and business processes
- Driving automation projects
- Handling Internal and Statutory Audits
- Support adhoc business requirements
Minimum requirements:
- CA required
- 5- 8 yrs Experience of handling Manufacturing Finance FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/Automobile
Preferred skills and experiences:
- Team Leadership - Serve, Listen, build and lead
- Straight talk - Share honestly, transparently and timely
- Lead with speed - agility, focus and confidence
- Excellent communication & problem solving
